What ABN verified means

When a business lists here, we look its ABN up on the Australian Business Register and only accept one that is registered and active. If the ABN changes, we check it again. It confirms the business is registered, not the quality of its work.

About Eastern Generators Hire

Eastern Generators is a family-run business with more than fifteen years in power generation, working out of our yard in Kilsyth in Melbourne's east. When the grid drops, or a site needs power the grid cannot give it, we are the people who turn up with a generator, plug it in and keep it running.

What we do

  • Hire — silent, diesel and industrial generators from 20kVA to 1500kVA, short or long term, plus lighting towers, fuel trailers and cable covers.
  • Sales — new and used generators from Caterpillar, Himoinsa and Pramac.
  • Servicing — maintenance contracts and repairs by our own electricians, mechanics and fitters.
  • Installation — turnkey delivery, installation, remote monitoring and onsite refuelling.

24/7, every day of the year

Outages do not keep business hours, so neither do we. Utilities, construction, aged care, telecoms, facilities managers and event organisers call us for emergency power at any hour, and for standby and planned-shutdown power when they can see it coming.
